Refund Policy

At Lake Nona Chess Club, we value your experience and satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services, including chess lessons, tournament registrations, and memberships.

1. Digital Chess Lessons
All purchases of pre-recorded or downloadable lesson content are non refundable, as access is granted immediately upon purchase.

2. Tournament Registration
Refunds for tournament entry fees will only be issued if the tournament is canceled by Lake Nona Chess Club, or you cancel your registration at least 48 hours before the event start time.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows or disqualifications due to violation of tournament rules.
3. Membership Subscriptions
Monthly Memberships: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, payments already processed are non-refundable, and access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
Annual Memberships:
Refunds for annual memberships are available within 7 days of purchase if no premium content (e.g., lessons, reduced tournament fees) has been accessed. After 7 days or partial use of services, refunds are not available.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem preventing you from accessing paid content or participating in a tournament, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work to resolve the issue and, if necessary, may offer a refund or credit at our discretion.

Include: Order details, reason for refund, and any relevant screenshots or info
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy or that we determine to be fraudulent or abusive.
